40 Plus and Fabulous LLC, is founded by multidimensional entrepreneur/business-woman Sondra Wright.  A Personal Development Coach with a background in human resources, counseling, direct sales, and small business ownership, she combines her passion for enriching the lives of women and girls with a diversely unique set of skills.

Involved in the health and wellness industry for more than a decade, Sondra has dedicated her life’s work to empowering women through her speaking, writing, and mentoring programs. An inductee into the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society she is an honors graduate of the Master’s degree program in Counseling and Human Services and B.A. degree program in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro. She is a member of various professional organizations and operates an established commercial landscape construction company in the Piedmont region of central North Carolina.

Midway  into her career, Sondra turned her professional focus towards making significant contributions in the mental, physical, emotional, social, spiritual and financial wellness of women and girls. As a Certified Behavior Specialist, Certified Diversity Trainer with special emphasis in Women’s Issues, Certified Self-Defense Instructor and Certified Youth Coach, she leads seminars and workshops, conducts individual and group coaching sessions, and organizes various meet-ups, outings, and excursions, all with the goal of guiding women to achieve the best overall versions of themselves.

She is a sought after speaker who has presented topics such as “Rethink Your Inc.: Incorporating Savvy for Women,”, “A Woman Like Me,” “ Self Care for Women Who Serve”, “The Heart Smart Woman”, and “Don’t Be the Victim: Self-Defense Savvy for the Everyday Woman ”

Sondra is a community servant, having sat on the board of directors of Directors for Seniors Solutions of North Carolina, Beauty4Ashes International, and volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters and Youth Focus. She currently serves as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem and founding board member for KinGap Services of North Carolina.
